Duties and Responsibilities: Dental assistant duties mostly consist of preparing the patient for the dental examination, assisting the dentist during dental procedures, and doing front-office work. Front-office job duties might include helping patients schedule appointments and working with equipment suppliers to handle deliveries.
Salary: Dental Assistants make an average of $36,660 annually in California, with the top end of the spectrum around $45,000, and the lower end around $26,800. Whether you’re at the top end of the spectrum or the lower depends on the list above.
Education: Dental assisting programs are typically 1-year diploma or certificate programs. These programs tend to focus solely on technical training through classroom, laboratory and clinical instruction. Courses may include dental materials, radiology, chairside assisting, dental office administration and bio dental science.

Salary: dentists are very well compensated for the services they provide. According to the BLS, dentists earned a median salary of $146,340 in 2013. The best-paid earned more than $187,999, while the lowest-paid earned less than $72,240.
Education: Dentists are licensed professionals who provide oral health care and preventative treatment to patients. Those who have a private practice also supervise the administrative parts of the business, including the accounting, personnel and facilities.

Chiropractor
Duties and responsibility: Chiropractors are health care providers who are trained to resolve problems in the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, such as headaches or pain in the back, neck or joints. They recommend rehabilitative exercises and provide dietary and lifestyle counseling.
Salary: The average salary for a Chiropractor is $56,833 per year. The highest paying skills associated with this job are Nutrition Support and Patient Education. Experience has a moderate effect on income for this job.
Education: Chiropractic education requires at least 4 years of professional study and includes a 4-year undergraduate/college prerequisite in most states. According to the American Chiropractic Association, 15 chiropractic programs at 18 different locations are accepted by the Council on Chiropractic Education, which is an agency certified by the Department of Education.

Duties and Responsibilities: Cardiologist responsibilities are many but one of the most important one is providing the best possible care to the patients. To hold this position the cardiologist must be dedicated and willing to continue his education so he can stay current with new technologies and medicines in order to provide patients with the best options for them individually. Education: First, an aspiring cardiologist must have a bachelor's degree in order to get into medical school. Audiologist
Duties and responsibility: Working for school systems or in audiology clinics or hospitals, audiologists diagnose and treat hearing problems. They also work with patients who have balance and dizziness problems potentially related to the inner ear. Audiologists may prescribe treatments that involve hearing aids or implants, with the goal of enhancing or restoring hearing function in patients young and old.
Salary: An Audiologist earns an average salary of $63,880 per year. Pay for this job does not change much by experience, with the most experienced earning only a bit more than the least. The highest paying skills associated with this job are vestibular and Cochlear Implants.
Education: Audiologists must complete a four-year doctoral degree in audiology, including coursework in anatomy, physiology, pharmacology and communication development, to become licensed. Athletic Trainer
Duties and responsibilities: Educate individual(s), including coaches, about the risks associated with Participation to minimize risk of injury. Review pre-participation screening information by applying accepted guidelines. Instruct individual(s) about required standard protective equipment. Apply appropriate prophylactic/protective measures using commercial products or custom-made devices. Identify safety hazards in activity areas and equipment and make appropriate recommendations.
Salary: Athletic Trainers often transition into Physician Assistant positions, for which compensation tends to be much higher. On average, Physician Assistants earn $82K per year. Athletic Trainers typically move into roles as Physical Therapists or Physical Therapist Assistants, and those positions pay $26K more and $7K more, respectively.
